Figtree Food and Music is the home of Richard Lawson musician/teacher/composer and producer of Olive Tapenades and Jams, who is no stranger to the food and music industries having toured and recorded internationally musically with the Lime Spiders and been part of the food industry as a chef/cook and a food producer for over 20 years. He also composes soundtrack music for film and has a radio show on Shoalhaven FM called the Electronica Show, a very busy man!. His Figtree brand of tapenade is very popular and is stocked by many retailers all over NSW. His music is released world wide on the Figtree label and receives much airplay and his teaching of drums and vocals is in great demand. Richard travels widely from his Mudgee home to perform music and sell Olive Tapenades at markets and festivals. He also is in great demand as a music teacher specialising in Drums and Vocals and also composes music for soundtrack and film.
